Beschrijving
Statuette of a girl is made of Pentelic marble and was found near the river Ilissos in Athens, where there was a sanctuary of Eileithyia. The girl sits on the ground in a long, sleeved chiton, belted at the waist and tied with straps on the breast. She holds a bird in her right hand, which rests on her knee.
