Dead Christ is a work by the Italian artist Guido Mazzoni (Modena, c. 1450–1518) depicting the head of Christ. The fragment may have belonged to a complete figure in a group scene. Mazzoni produced several religious sculptural groups, best known for his Adoration of the Shepherds in Modena Cathedral and his Compianti, lamentations over the dead Christ, for which this work may have been intended.
