Grave stele made of Boeotian marble and found at Thespiai, Boeotia. Depiction of a woman seated on a chair, wearing a chiton and a himation that also covers her head. In her right hand she holds a bird, which she offers to the figure of a child who was depicted in front of her. For some unknown reason, this figure was battered and removed when the stele was reused, at which time the inscription was incised on the cornice of the pediment.
