This sculpture depicting the head of Pallas is now kept in the Museum Bourdelle which is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris located in the old studio of the French sculptor. The museum is a great example of how French ateliers looked like in the 1900’s. During his life as an artist, Bourdelle even worked in Rodin’s atelier for 15 years. This collaboration did not influenced the artist, he always shows a strong independence and innovative, at times controversial, style.
