Sagittarius by Musée des Augustins is a marble relief of Sagittarius, the centaur archer, half human and half horse, and one of the signs of the zodiac. The relief was originally part of a set from the Basilica of Saint-Sernin in Toulouse. Together with the Siren from the same set, it is sometimes dated to around AD 350 rather than to the Romanesque period, because of its similarity to ancient workmanship.
