Beschrijving
This watchful lion guards the entrance of the Palace of Justice in Vienna, built in neo-Renaissance style between 1875 and 1881. It was sculpted around 1880 by Emanuel Pendl. A proud, alert guardian for a mantelpiece, bookshelf or entrance.
